License Plate Says It All

When I made an offer on this car, I was horrified to learn that someone else had put down a deposit, but he hadn't talked it over with his wife. Well apparently he asked her at the wrong time, because she said "No!". So I (having ALREADY asked my wife) put down my deposit, and the other guy (whose wife changed her mind by the next morning) was S.O.L.
